Fire wall

Can someone advise me as to how I can dismantle a fire
wall to enable chat room access?

Cathy,

Click on start > settings > network connections > click
on the advanced tab.

If the box is checked, uncheck it.

If you are using a personal firewall, right-click the
icon in the Taskbar and click disable.

Keep in mind diabling a firewall can make your system
vulnerable.
