Fire GL 8800 and Games

Hi,
I've just bought this card but I don't seem to be able to play any
games - I've tried Warcraft 3, American McGees Alice, London Racer and
Hogs of War. Of these, only Hogs would run.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this card? It's
incredibly frustrating! If it helps, here are some system details:

Win XP Pro
Athlon Xp 1800
512mb DDR Ram
80GB Hard drive
Latest DirectX 9
Latest Drivers
etc.

The games above all worked fine under my old GeForce 2mx 400. I can
get all of them running on a different PC with the same OS but
different graphics card.

Thanks - but I've already formatted the Hard Drive so it can't be that!
