finding/viewing links

I have a workbook with many sheets and formulas.
somewhere I have a link to a spreadsheet that I shouldn't
have. how can a find/view the formula in the workbook
that contains that link.

CTRL+` (that is, hold down CTRL whilst pressing the grave accent key, which
on UK keyboards is above TAB and to the left of the number 1 but is in
different places on other keyboards) toggles between normal (seeing the
results of formulas) and seeing the formulas themselves.

If you know the name of the other file, or possibly part thereof, you could
just use Find on the Edit menu.
