Hi All
I have updated from WinMe to WinxpHome. Have not saved anything on my
computer relating to WinMe thinking I wouldn't it. I now realize I lost a
favorite screensaver and am unable to locate it. I still have the original
WinMe disks. Have tried searching for the particular screensaver from those
disks but to no avail but am not sure if I am using the correct procedure
doing so, IE (*.scr). My question is, am I able to get back the original
screensavers I had before the updating to WinXp.? Appreciate help (if any)
solving my problem .
Sorry for being so longwinded but am trying to be as specific as possible.
Many thanks

Doubtful.
Many screensavers are OS specific.
What screensaver was it?

Hi Shenan
Thanks for your response.
It was a building block type screensaver where a cube would be added from
different directions, cube by cube, adding up to complete a desktop picture
depending what was on the desktop at the time and continuously adding blocks.
It was present during both ME and XP but I might have accidently deleted it.
It's not critical but was just wondering if it was solveable.
Thanks again.
