finding duplicate file names in Front Page 2002

Despite reviewing all files and renaming any duplicates I
still get the - "duplicate file name" error box when
trying to publish from my webiste to my computer.

Anyone have a solution for finding the duplicate files
easily and efficiently or is this a bug?

Where and how did you rename the files, directly in FP or via Windows
Explorer. Need to be done directly in FP, and all files and folders should
be lowercase when publishing to a Unix/Linux server.
