Finding deleted e-mails in Outlook

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express? They are very different programs.
If it's Outlook are you connected to an Exchange server? If you don't know
the answer to these questions then you are probably using Outlook Express
and the emails are gone. If you are using Outlook highlight the deleted
items folder then goto the tools menu and see if there is an option to
recover deleted items. If the option isn't there then the emails are
probably gone.
