I don't know why you even think it's possible.

It will work only if you know that (a) the screen shot was created at the
same time as the event you're looking for and (b) you can trust that the
time stamp of the file that contains the screen shot accurately reflects
when the screen shot was created. Since you really have no way to know
either of those things, the screen shot is useless for this purpose.

In fact, because all electronic time stamps are susceptible to tampering,
you really can't trust anything on a computer that anyone else has had
access to -- certainly not for any important purpose!
