Finding Data

I have a database that keeps track of Work Procedures. There are Work
Procedures on multiple tables. in the Distibution/station column they may
enter 018,016,017
I need to pull out either 018 or 016 or 017 and see what Work Procedure they
have. How can I do this?
 
There should be a separate record for each Distibution/station.

Use this for criteria --
Like "*" & [Enter the Distibution/station] & "*"
