Finding Current Record From Drop Down

My form is a preview record form. The Users cannot update the form, but
can preview the records. When the User clicks on the navigation button at
the bottom the record changes for each record, but when they click on the
drop down for the "name" the record is locked.

Is there a way to choose the drop-down "name" combo box to choose a "name"
and have those records connected to the drop down pre-fill the other text
boxes?
