Finding cleared files

Is there anyway to find history after it's been deleated?
Problem is I think my teen son has been visiting forbiden
sites,he clears history,deleates files,and cookies,runs
disc cleanup after every use.He says its to keep it
running fast,but I think he's clearing his tracks,Is
there anyway to find out what he's viewed after he clears
it out?TIA
