I am trying to install a program that says it cannot install until I've
disabled all antiviris and firewall. I have disabled on my XPHome and my
McAfee prog. I am unaware of any others. Can anyone tell me if there is a
way to check and see where all antiviris and firewall are?

Thanks so much!

Could be that you forgot about the Windows Internet Connection Firewall? XP
has that built in, so you may have to disable it for your software to
install correctly. Most anti-virus applications will put an icon down on
your task bar, next to the clock. Usually these can be temporarily stopped
by right clicking on the icon and choosing to Disable, or End, or so on.

Thanks Kevin. Yes, I had turned off XP and completely deleted McAfee. I've
even disabled my pop-up blockers. The error message I keep getting is "You
will have to delete McAfee Antivirus" and will not let me resume with
installation.
