finding a document scanned into Word

I just scanned a doc into Word 2003 (according to prompt on my HP J5780
printer scanned. Where and how do I find it and name it?

Although JoAnn's reply was correct!

One way may be to open Windows Explorer or My Computer,
Navigate to Documents and Settings,
then to your NAME,
do a search on RECENT.
select the folder which contains all the links,
Sort the folder by date and locate your file.
