Find text using headers

Which formula to use

Heres a challenge, I havent a clue how to solve: -

In a cell I am importing data where the headings and text form one big text string.

Eg. in cell A1

Number:1, Team:A, Process:There is no process, Cause of Complaint:xxxxxxx, Description of complaint:yyyyyyyyy, Current Status:Open.

This continues down the rows, A2, A3 etc.

What I need are the headings going along in 1 row and the detail of each one underneath.

Number (A1) Team(B1) Process(C1)
1 A There is no process

How do it use FIND & LENGTH to split this information?
