Find text in spreadsheet

is there a way to match whole word only. Like with ms word.

ex:

A extemporaneous
B temp

i just wanna find the word "temp" in B2 not A
 
edit>find, click options and select match entire cell contents, don't
remember if this
option is available for early versions
