Find sub-folders

I saved my Inbox in Outlook to a new hard drive. I can see the Inbox but I cannot see the sub-folders in Inbox. How do I find them? I can hear messages arriving and being directed to the sub-folders but cannot see them..

You cannot save the inbox outside outlook, you can only move the entire
outlook data file to a new location, and that data file is only accessible
within outlook.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
