find send button in outlook

Help! I must be a complete moron. I can not find the "Send" button in
Outlook. I chose Outlook Help. It said under the tools option. It sure as
hell isn't there either. Why is it that Outlook doesn't have a Send button
like Hotmail does? This is frustrating as hell, ALMOST as frustrating as
reading 400 other people's letters to "community" hoping to find the answer
to my question.

I beg of you, someone, anyone, PLEASE tell me how to send something from
OUTLOOK. Please contact me directly at my email address.

Sounds like you don't have an account configured in Outlook but that is hard
to tell without configuration information.

I'm right there too, i have spent a half hour searching for a SEND button in OUTLOOK too. What on Earth? i do have an account configured, Surely someone will post an answer to this!
