find last entry and insert page break & line

Am making a last effort to figure this one out.

This is what I would like to happen:

I have set up line between all the columns so automatic print area wont
work so....

Would like a page break on every 25 lines, and only want "whole" pages
that are actually in use to print. All entries will be in column A.
I.e. if there is an entry in A26, want page breaks on 25 and 50 and a
horizontal line to be added above the page break (between 24 and 25)

THEN

I would like "page of pages" to appear in cell C5 based to above
criteria. Page info need only be updated when user switches to look at
print preview.

Does this make sense? Where do I put this macro? Would like info to
update when user saves, prints, saves to PDF or views print preview.
Would like to avoid have to insert a button becasue my colleagues tend
not to use/understand them.

Is this possible?
Would be very very grateful for help =)

Ive tried that macro. works great but dont really know enough about vba
to modify it. How can i trigger it using print preview or saves? As
well as insert line?

will browse through groups today and see if can figure something out,
but all help is welcome =)

Change of plan... forget inserting a line above the page break. Got
that sorted by cheating and inserting a line in the footer. However,
been a slight change of plan.

Tried the macro on rondebruin homepage... insert the first page break
just fine, but wont "find" the last entry and insert a break after is
at the nearest multiple of 20. Could it be because have line edges on
all columns? In addition:

Would like the first page break at line 54 and for every sheet after
that need it every 46 lines. If have an entry in A101, need a breaks at
54, 100, and, 146.

Help anyone?
