Find corrupt mails in Outlook

Hi!

Does anyone know an easy method to find corrupt mails in an outlook mailbox?
Can't move the mailbox to another exchange server because of this.

Thx. The only thing that a knowledgebase article says is solve the file
corruption in outlook, thats the reason i posted my question here. Suppose i
will run scanpst and scanost and hope that corruption issue is solved.
