Find Box Not Finding & Service Pack!

R

Rob

In Outlook 2002:

1) In contacts view, when I click in the "Type a contact to find" box
at the top of the screen and I type a name that I know is in contacts, I get
a message box that says " Outlook can not find contact." I had done this
with other names that are in the contact list and I always have to manually
find then myself.

How can I fix this problem?

2) I have no service pack running now. I had searched Microsoft Web
site for service pack 3, I believe is the latest, but I get sooo many
listings that I do not know which one to download.

What is the link or file name for me to apply a Service Pack to Outlook 2002
(10.2627.2625)

THANK YOU!

1. if you press To, how many contacts folders do you see?
2. I'd use microsoft update and let it find what I needed but you can get
the patch at
