Find and thumbnail ALL image/media files on a drive?

Is there an app available which will, in one operation, find, and display
thumbnails of ALL the image and/or other media files on a drive, including
all folders and sub-folders?

Some basic editing and batch processing features would be nice as well, but
certainly not essential.

I'm thinking of something along the lines of the old JASC Media Centre.

IIRC trackerv3 can do this. I'm not 100% sure as I don't use the program,
but I know several people in this newsgroup can, so someone should be able
to confirm/correct this.

FotoAlbum comes close to your requirements - it finds and displays
thumbnails of all images in any folder you select *and* all the
subfolders of that folder. It has support for many image formats and
Microsoft AVI files (*.avi), Microsoft Windows Media (*.wmv, *.asf),
MPEG (*.mpg, *.mpeg), Apple QuickTime Movies (*.mov).
