find and replace all

hi community :)

can anybody please assist me in doing this feature:

I wanted to replace 5 subheadings with font Arial to Verdana font. If I
wanted to use the Find and Replace dialog how do i specify the text in Find
and Replace text box.

I know how to do it by selecting the 5 subheading and change the font to
Verdana but I wish to learn how to use the Find and Replace dialogue box.

thanks community for the assistance given :)

If you have formatted the subheadings correctly using styles then simply
change the font in the style definition.
If you want to search for text enter it in the find what box
then format > font > Arial
In the replace box put
^&
format > font > Verdana

In the Find and Replace dialog box, Replace tab, click the More
button. Place the cursor in the "Find what" box and click Format.
Click Font and specify the characteristics to search for. (If
necessary, you can click Format, Paragraph and specify paragraph
settings, such as indents and spacing, too.) Then place the cursor in
the "Replace with" box and specify the replacement settings (in an
analogous manner). Then click Replace All.

Note 1. Make sure not to type anything in the "Find what" and "Replace
with" boxes. This ensures that Word will find and replace formatting
only.

Note 2. The most flexible way to apply formatting to paragraphs is to
use paragraph styles. If you need to make changes, you can then change
the style(s) to quickly reformat text. See
