Filtering System Administrator messages.

I am trying to create a rule that will take messages from "System
Administrator" and move them into a folder upon their arrival in the
Inbox. Normally, I could just check the box that says "from people or
distribution list" and then look the person up on the Global Address
List. Problem is, "System Administrator" is not on the Global Address
List.

I tried "Specific words in the address" and "Specific words in the
header" and tested for "System Administrator" but neither did the
trick.

Any thoughts?

Using Exchange? Not possible as these messages are not delivered as an email
but placed in the mailbox directly; rules will not fire on them when being
received.

OK. Is there another way to accomplish what I am trying to do?

You can run the rule manually. What exactly are you trying to achieve by
this?

We have a Call Tracking system that automatically generates outbound
email messages from a shared mailbox and sends them to our customers.
Sometimes these messages bounce and we get a "System Administrator"
message delivered back to the shared mailbox and we would like them
automatically moved to a special folder.

Thing is, we also receive legitimate messages into this mailbox, so it
is not a simple matter of rerouting all inbound messages. We want to
automatically separate the "good" messages from the "bad" messages so
the "good" messages don't get lost in the shuffle..

As for running the rule manually, that is not an option because that
would be no different than manually dragging the "bad" messages to a
separate folder, which we can already do.

Thanks.

Did you find a solution for this? I'm trying to forward System
Administrator emails to another email address and I've encountered the
same problem.
Thanks,
