Hi all,

I have a workbook that lists service users by team, now each service user
can appear in more than one team.
Each team is seperated by 10 blank lines which is necessary.
I have a simple macro that will filter based on the service users name. But
the problem is that beause each team is seperated by the 10 blank lines. If I
go to the heading in the very first team and apply the filter it will only
filter for that person if the are in that team.
If I get rid of the blank lines its works fine, but I need those line to
remain blank.
Is there any way to get excel to treat all the teams as one whole block of
data?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Select the whole area you want filtered. If the data starts in line1,
select the entire column for the team name column and apply the filter.
After all, if a row is hidden for one column, it is hidden for all.
