Filter Subform

After selecting a name from my dropdown box (top of form) the subform updates
and reflects all records by that name.

Can I add two boxes to reflect the subform by by month or by upc? (access
2003)

I just want to use one of the choices at a time, reflect subform information
by name, by month, or by upc...

Hi Humbled Learner,
you could use an option group with 3 options - by name, by month, by upc.

Have 3 dropdown boxes, 1 each for name, month, upc
After user chooses an option, you unhide the appropriate dropdown box for
the user to search.
