Filter specific cells by hughlighting

I am trying to filter 4 specific cells from an excel spreadsheet. The value
within the cell is similar to other values so I cannot sort by that alone. I
need to specifically sort by the cell (i.e. B8, B9, K8, K9).

Also, is it possible to simply have them "highlight" to show they are
selected?

Set SortRange = Range("B8, B9, K8, K9")
SortRange.Interior.ColorIndex = 3
