Filter Question showing Data

I have a form based off a filtered cbo loan number. I need to know how do I
show the certain Condtion codes that is asociated with the Groupnames for
that loan number.

Example: Notice the two differnt loan numbers below? The beginning starts
with 040 and 010. All of our loans start with - 010, 020, 040 and 041. If the
user selects a loan that begins with (see example below) 040. I want the same
condition codes and Groupnames to show (subform already set up) each time it
is selected.
