Filter one column for all "Pending"

Trying to filter a sheet for all "Pending" in a column and move to another
sheet. The "Pending" is made by a Validation drop-down box. It says "You can
only copy filtered data to another sheet. If I don't try to move it, it works
fine. (AutoFilter or Advanced) Help!!
 
Copy the visible rows (with Pending showing).
Then come back and delete those rows
