filter on more than one category in calendar view,

I want to print calendar views that don't include events that I have put
either ntbp or cancelled in categories. I can only get it to filter on one
not the other.
Is there any way of specifying don't show the events which have ntbp in
catgory and also don't show any events that have cancelled in the category in
the same view? Ifi put cancelled in the hcategory i don't want thave to put
ntbp as well.

How are you writing the filter? It should work... although there are issues
with how OR works with NOT - it works best when you list the ones you want
included, not the ones to exclude.

Which version of Outlook? If it offers a SQL tab, use that and edit it so
the two keywords are filtered in one condition. You can also add the
QueryBuilder key - http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040927.htm -
this is a little easier than using SQL for most people because it offers
more of a UI. If these don't work, you'll need to list the ones to include.
