filter by form: show possible values for each field

Hi
I want to do a filter by form whereby each for field I can select the
possible values from a dropdown. By possible values I mean the values
already in the database.
Now I can only select
Is Null
or
Is Not Null

How do I do that?
 
From the Tools menu, select Options. In the Options dialog box, select the
Edit/Find tab. The options governing filter-by-form behaviour are in the
bottom half of that tab.
