Filmstrip in XP for 2k

I bought my wife a new system with XP Home. It has a
feature called filmstrip which handles files of .jpg
images from her digital camera very nice. Is this feature
available under or as an addon to Windows 2k Pro?
 
No, but there are a lot of third party graphics apps that can do this.
