Is there a way I can fill out my many forms with word.
For example I put the forms in my printer, enter the data
in word and it will fill in the blcoks for me when I
print, or will i just have to create a whole template.
The forms have to be original so I can only fill in the
blocks. Thank you for the help

There is a lot of work in this that makes me wonder whether it is viable for
a single form.
The procedure is simple enough, put a scanned image at full size as a
background image then build the form using a table or tables over the image.
When you are happy with the result, remove the image.

You do have to create a template and this is not easy. A typewriter is much
simpler. Printer registration (holding the page in exactly the right place)
can also be a problem.

You can scan the form into a graphical image. Put this in your document
behind text. Then insert frames to hold the text in exactly the right place.
Print with your print options set to not print drawings or graphics. You can
protect your formatting by making it an online form. Check this in help. For

Hope this helps,

Two choices come to mind.

(requires a lot of work aligning and creatiing)
Create a template that matches your "printed form" then in the print dialog
choose to print only the data not the form itself. Insert your form and
don't change printers.

(minimal effort, just tweaking)
Purchase omniform from scansoft, scan your form and then use formfiller to
input data into the form. Again set the default to print data only and
insert your original form.
