Fill third column based on values from 2 other columns

Hi,

I have 3 columns A,B & C Based on values from A & B I want to fill the third Column value



If column A or column B has invalid value than c should be filled with INVALID value & if the A or B are alnk than C must be left Blank



Example

A...........B......... C
Invalid --------- INVALID
------- --------- -----------
------- Invalid INVALID




Help much appreciated.
