Fill-in PDF Form using Access Data

1. Is it possible to fill-in a pdf form from within access? How? Is there
a good resource to learn from that someone could refer me to?
2. Does it require a full version of acrobat? Shouldn't since typically
you can enter data into the fields just using acrobat reader...

I'm afraid I actually need to edit/fillin the pdf itself and retain the pdf
format with the editable fields, so this method of overlaying fields on top
of an image just won't work for my needs.
