fill in field question

I created a letter template that allows the user to fill in the blanks.

When they launch the template a blank page comes up and the prompted
questions begin - when they are done, the whole letter appears. I have a
couple of questions:

1) Can it be set so that the template comes up with the letter behind the
prompts - so the user can see the letter as they are filling in the pop up
boxes?

2) If the user hits enter by mistake and the next question comes up, is
there a way to go back, or do they just have to wait until the letter appears
and then edit it?

3) I used the fill in field, with mail merge option to create the template
and the pop ups, one of the questions in the prompts is asked three times
(customer name) - is there a way to ask it only once and populate it in all
three places?

Thanks

See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm for the answer to some of
your questions. As for the first, my experience has been, I think, that
there is a difference in behavior of UserForms (not what you're using, but
probably what you should be using) depending on whether the document is in
Normal or Print Layout view.

For this type of document where data is gathered before completion, a
UserForm is the elegant solution. However, if you want the user to be able
to see what he/she is completing, then Macrobutton fields might be a better
way forward than the ASK fields? See http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm
