I have been trying--for years now--to figure out a way to file Outlook Notes
and Journal items within a particular mail folder, but it insists on keeping
them within their individual Notes and Journal folders. Is there a way to do
this?
I want to keep all email, phone notes, post-it notes, and so forth on a
particular subject within one folder, rather than filed by the type of
interaction (phone, email, etc.)
