Filezilla server batch account creation

I have set up the filezilla server and I intend to use it for student
submission of their project. I need to be able to control students
access. Is there a way to create batch accounts including assigning
the appropriate rights. Is there a utility for this ?

I can set groups but submission of assignment is for individual. They
can read and write within their alloted directory.


Any help is much appreciated.
