I have a c/d that I copied ALL the files to a photo
program.I am trying to get the PROGRAM on another comp.
the problem is I can't get the program just the files
when after copying from the disc.. How do I get the
program from here?
 
Not clear what you are trying to do.

What photo program are you trying to "copy"?

You need to install the program on the other computer from the
original install disk - ie not the CD you created.
