I was just wondering if there is a program in Windows XP
that you can use the scanner. I dint know if it is called
Move About Text or Moveable text or what it is. If there
is how do you find it and bring it up onto my desk top?

You are not being clear. If you are looking for a scanner application in
XP, that's the Scanner and Camera Wizard located at Start\All
Programs\Accessories on the Start Menu.

If you are talking about an application that can manipulate text of a
scanned document, that's called OCR or Optical Character Recognition and
requires a special application. There is nothing in XP natively that will
do that. This requires a third party application such as Text Bridge Pro or
OmniPage. Check them both out at the following site:
