Files Under Different Profiles

I successfully moved my Outlook files to a new computer with Outlook 2003,
but was unable to send or receive messages due to the "The operation failed.
An object could not be found" error.
I created a new profile and can now send and receive e-mail. However, all
of my old data (e-mail, calendar, etc.) is still under the original Outlook
profile name. A search of the hard drive shows 4 files with a .pst suffix:
Outlook (documents and settings\default\application data\microsoft\outlook)
which appears top contain my new massages based on the size of the file,
Outlook (documents and settings\username\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook) which is only 265KB,
Outlook1 (same username string) which appears to be my old data based on the
size of the file, and
Outlook2 (same string) which is 761 KB.
How do I bring all of the data together and clean this up? Thanks.

'File|Open|Outlook Data file', open each of them and drag the contents back
and forth to suit.\

I tried what you suggested, but probably do not fully understand. Under the
profile named Outlook, all of my old info for mail, calendar and contacts is
there, but I can't receive or send mail under this profile.

Under the profile named Art's Stuff, I can send and receive e-mail, and can
even access my old e-mails, but cannot access calendar entries or my existing
contact address book.

I understand the File]Open]Outlook Dta File step, but I can't seem to drag
and drop any files.

The data is all in here, but I cannot get it into the proper profile.

I appreciate your help.

"I understand the File]Open]Outlook Dta File step, but I can't seem to drag

dozen different .PST files in addition to an Exchange Server mailbox and I
can move data between them (either move or copy) at will; I have Outlook
2000 on my desktop and Outlook 2003 on my notebook and both behave the same
in this respect.
