Can files in the Windows Folder thatr begin with NtUninstall??? be safely
deleted. Thanks in advance

Hi

They are the files for the Windows Updates. If you are absolutely sure that
you won't need to uninstall any of those updates, then, yes those folders
can be deleted.

Yes, but read this first, then use Doug Knox's utility to delete them.

Safe to Delete:

Do not delete the "C:\WINDOWS\$hf_mig$" folder. It's integral for when new updates are
applied making sure things are consistent with previously applied updates and patches.
