Files on a usb flash drive

I posted this a couple of day ago but to my surprise there haven't been
any replies. So I'll have another go . . .

I use a USB flash drive to transfer date from a PC to a number of MACs.
Is there a prog that will let me encrypt files and folders when plugged
into the Windows computer then unencrypt them when plugged into the
MACs?

... then you should be able to password protect your files - not the
best , but better than nothing.......
