Hi Dee,
This is an infection problem. Not the right forum, but I'll get you pointed in the right
direction.
Go here and print the sheet to repair this infection.
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.femot.worm.html
Then go here to run an online scan for this or any other problems.
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/
It's the third choice under Virus Definitions
Run the virus scan from the selectable popup
Click yes or OK to a one install of files it needs to run the scan. Don't check the box for
Always. You can do it again, if need be.
When you get to the end, print the results.
If you have other infections, go to Google on each infection and/or file shown, and look for
the Symantec fix sheet for each. Print that sheet. Start at the top of the printed sheet,
and do it line by line until you get through. If you don't do all of it, right back it will
come. The really bad thing is, if you have infections most of the time they affect the
people you really care about, because it sends the virus to everyone in your Address Book.
Also here is a file that helps eradicate many of the recent infections. The small program is
named Stinger. Down load it and run it after you think you have cleaned your computer all
the way up. Here it is.

Now the important part. You and your friends or associates need to learn how to practice
Safe Hex. First you need to get on google and look for Tweaks and Tips & Tricks for Win2000.
One very important one is to shut down any "Services" you do not use.
Next, you need four items to reasonably stay safe. An AVP with current definitions, a
firewall (hardware or software), AdAware, and SpyBotS&D. You can get all free by visiting
www.spycheckers.com . An AVP is AVG by Grisoft, a software firewall is Zone Alarm free, and
the last two are important to keep people from burying programs on your computer that really
are aggravating, and will report all your moves to many people in cyberspace.
Good luck, and Happy Holidays.
