Files-Folders security

Friends,

I am having some problem in configuring the rights on
files and folders of my network. What I really want to do
is that I want to restrict the move and deletion right to
anybody in my company.

Can you please help by telling me the procedure to do it.

You are not going to be able to restrict administrators, even of local machines.
Anyhow a user needs full or modify permissions to move a file/folder which is a
delete/write operation. Be sure to fully test any ntfs permission changes before
rolling out. --- Steve
