Files Do Not Show Up in Recycle Bin When Deleted

Deleted files' name weren't displayed, however able to
identified the total no. of files in the Recycle Bin when
trying to empty the Recycle Bin.
Unable to restore the deleted file too.

On the desktop, right click Recycle Bin | Properties |
Uncheck: Do not move files to the Recycle Bin |
Check: Display delete confirmation dialog
Apply | OK

I have tried your instruction and it still didn't work. No Norton being installed in my PC. Encountered similar problem with Win98 before. Solved the problem by deletling a file in the Recycler folder. But no such folder found in WinXP.
