Files copying themselves

Ok. I took some digital X-mas photos, downloaded them thru Browser EX a Cannon Utility, and then placed them individually into "My Docuements".
Now I'm cleaning out "My Docuements" and everytime I delete one, it reappears as another copy of the same image. I tried moving the copies to a file folder and then deleting it or sending it to the recycle bin, but when I do, the replacate again. I now have 137 copies of each of these X-mas images in "My Docuements". And I'm afraid they could continue to grow to world domination soon.
Not only that, but these are pictures of some of my in-laws, and let me tell you that these are some of the homeliest, nasty, white-trash, trailer-living, scum buckets around. The thought of these people replacating at an exponential rate is sending me into a cataclismic depression. Help me.

It's a timing matter involving clicking, releasing the mouse button at the
right time and slight movement of mouse at the wrong time. Try adjusting
the sensitivity of the mouse. Could also use Delete key on keyboard after
selecting files (still need to be careful to release mouse button at the
right time).
