The problems seems to be the Hotfix KB896344. I do have it on the target computer and not on the source (old) computer. It was not available on the Microsoft Update page. I downloaded and installed on source computer but it doesnt show up in add/remove programs.
I considered that I would remove KB896344 from the target computer but I get a warning that other programs and updates may not work properly.
