Files and Settings Transfer ?

I have a new clean install of XP Pro. I want to transfer
the files and settings from my old XP Pro machine.

Should I use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to
transfer the files and settings of my 3 user accounts
first; then install the apps and data?

Or should I install the apps and data and then transfer
the files and settings of the accounts?

My primary apps are MS Office, Quicken and Act. The data
for the apps are on a separate drive.

What order works the best?

Install the apps so the settings areas are setup and then use FAST.

What about the data on the separate drive? When should
that be transferred?

Whenever you feel like it.

If there are pointers to it inside your current profile, it will be moved
then. Or if you do a Custom FAST wizard - you can SPECIFY which folders to
move. I think if you know what other folders you need to move (for the most
part) - the CUSTOME route is the way to go.
