Files and settings across networks

Is it possible to use the files and settings transfer wizard to send files
and settings over a wireless network. For example could I send a file from
my pc to my laptop using this method? The reason I ask this is because My Pc
doesnt have IR and I dont have a data transfer cable, also sometimes it isnt
practical to do so.
 
Hi,

The fastwiz is used to backup the system state and user preferences, it is
not for sending individual files. While you can use it over a network for
backing up, you can't simply designate specific files.
