Filename in Footer

I have created a template that user input certain data. I have used the
field "Filename" in the footer and the field "SaveDate" in the footer as
well. When I save the close the file the date is automatically updated, but
the filename is not updated. Is there someway to make the filename update
automatically?
 
Switch to print preview then back again.
