File WAY larger than original! HELP!

Hi,

I have a 25MB .wmv file that is pretty good quality and says it's 1048x738
and 1059kbps. It's 20 minutes long. I want to keep the file exactly as it
is, but cut about 20 sec off the end and then re-save it. Problem is, when I
do this, in Movie Maker, the resultant file is 178MB and if I set it at 25MB,
then it reduces the bit rate and size considerably. I need it to be these
dimensions, quality and file size because we use it to download as a demo for
one of our products.

What can I do to retain the original sizes etc, but just cut off the end?
Thanks, patrick.
